Am I stupid? Or this app? Or maybe both.... You want to use a particular bus line, for instance Chamonix - Brevent. You can find it quite easily: but how can you find the bus stop nearby? When you click on the name of the bus line nothing happens. On the other hand, when you open the transportation map and click on a bus stop, you can get its name...but not the line it belongs to!

So confusing. Worst app ever. If you want to check which bus to take, first you need to search for the nearest bus stop (which is not visible in Google maps), second you need to find out which route you need to take (which is available in a separate brochure), third you need to know which direction to go in. All of these when you can't understand French. Can you please add a route planner feature? It will save millions of minutes to confused travelers like me.

Love Chamonix but this app is useless. All other means are better. I can look at Google maps to tell me how to get back to my hotel. Google has the bus stops times etc, knows where I am am. This app has an outdated timetable that has to be deciphered. Nothing is intuitive. Information is a literal scan of analogue media. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Looks pretty but hard to find basic information. On my phone, the 'Smart Help' button covers the 'accept cookies' button & cannot see moved, so you can't get rid of the cookies banner. The app tells you that you can buy tickets at the office or online - only a few are available online. However, it doesn't tell you where you go to buy from the office - no address or visitor to, so I'll use Google Maps I guess.

I have one use for this app - lift status. And for the last 2 days, all it will show is "An unknown error has occurred". Lift status via browser from your website works just fine, so the info is available, it's just that the app is broken.

Infinite reload so you can't actually use it. Every avenue wants you to accept cookies and location data.

Up to date information on lifts and buses which is great, trying to buy tickets etc. was a bit of nightmare though

Good app features and information but weather is delayed by several days (Today is Sunday and it shows Friday's forecast) Please fix asap!
