Need to be able to group shades to allow Google assistant to close the group with one command (like, "close dining room shades"). When providing Google Assistant command I to often get image search results. Devices don't show up with controllable access in the Google Home app. All the documents I have found for Google Assistant setup are off an old UI the at isn't relevant now so they are not helpful.

RadioRA2 is less good than Caseta. The more expensive system doesn't let me issue Alexa commands by room, e.g., "turn off the kitchen lights" - but the cheaper one does. You also can't make scenes without having keypads. That's extremely silly. Basically this system is abandonware. The only reason I didn't stick with Caseta is that I was concerned about hitting the fifty device limit in a larger home. Otherwise everything about it is superior.

Terrible app from a terrible company. I purchased a home in 2012 that was installed with a Lutron HomeWorks system. I quickly found out that the system is unreliable and impossible to program. The system is entirely proprietary and even a tech savvy homeowner cannot make the most fundamental modifications. I was able to contact the original installer an after a great deal of time and expense I was able to get the system up and running. It came with a an app that allowed me to access my system in house and remotely. Some time later the free app become a subscription app which I was happy to pay for. The subscription app was discontinued and in order to access my system I was forced to purchase a "bridge" and pay to have it installed. It is not working properly and Lutron tech support tells me that I have to pay to have it reinstalled. All of my other "Smart Home" devices work with the exception of Lutron Connect. Buyer beware! Don't purchase this inferior proprietary product.

Used to work, lately (Dec 2019), it does not realise my lights are on/off unless I go through each switch individually. I used to get a list of all lights that were on and was able to turn them off from there. UPDATE I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to be working again. If it works as it used to, it's a 5* rating. Fingers crossed.

I bought a house which has lutron RA2 system with the connect bridge. But the app just does not connect with the bridge. It can see the bridge in the network, read its MAC address correctly, and prompt me to press the button on the bridge to connect. After I press the button, it tries for a few seconds and give an error message "unable to connect to my home connect bridge". Oh, the master remote also does not work. Very frustrated.

Lots of bugs! If you want to make any edits. Be prepared to uninstall and reinstall the app for nearly every edit you make. Even on the flagship Google Pixel line with the latest Android software. Annoying, especially coming from a company you would expect more out of.

Horrible. I know your comoany needs to make money but having to go through a rep for everything is horrible. I should be able to connect to my house remotely but i need a bridge. I got one then it didnt work. I cant update the system or add the bridge myself and i have to call a rep which wants to charge me another 550 for it. Thats on top of the 250 i paid already! I will never recommend your system bc of this. No customer support at all!

Horrible app experience, I have a few different automation systems, this one is horrible, takes extremely long to "log" into system every time I enter the app, disconnects and is very slow.
