The app is very useful and easy to use. It is one of the best apps in this kind of business. It would be very nice if; - More details about the worker are indicated in the CV, such as her weight...etc. - It would also be nice to have a bigger picture that is clearer. - I also don't think it is good practice to have to pay first in order to receive details about workers that are not available immediately.

Such a bad bad service... got call just 4 minutes before the visit and i was already out of home and reaching back home would have taken me 30 mins... so i told them to cancel... and then i found out the money is charged because i should have canceled the trip 48 hours before... plus this is when they told me that a housewife is also must in home for them to work... seriously... so basically the hard earned money is gone in the drain... never try them

Very bad app it keeps notifying me that it needs updating but after I did updated it, it keeps sending the same message. Also I can't renew the contract via this app

Really very bad service. We had the appointment of maid on 9/9/2021 but the service was not given. And also there are issues in opening the application

Very bad app, I tried to log in several times, I even tried to reset my password by interning my ID number it didn't work.

There are no words to describe the frustration, keeps telling me to update then i open the app and tells me to update again, can u care more about ur customers!!!!!!!!
