The WMS Mobile application allows drivers to easily see how many delivery orders have been assigned and where the orders need to be delivered to. Drivers can make real-time delivery order status updates through deep integration with Where’s My Suitcase and the DART Baggage Tracking System. Customers will be able to track the status of their delivery orders on the WheresMySuitcase customer website.

Every time you do an update to the app it gets worse. Dozens of people currently can't assign or close deliveries. Why does this constantly happen? Worse app ever!

It is very obvious that the person who wrote this app has no idea what it's like to be a delivery person stuck in the middle of nowhere. The hardest part of my job is this stupid app, why does it take me six or seven different trees just to make sure that the job is closed and that the photo goes through. It should save the information and as soon as you get back to an area it should send it automatically and clear. I've worked in taxes I worked at delivery this is the worst app I've ever used.

App has Several issues, in total. UPDATE - The issue which caused daily uninstall/reinstall has actually been resolved!... Then, someone who clearly Never USES This App, thought it a good idea to make certain entries appear Yellow.. on a white background, making them IMPOSSIBLE to read.. Last night, I had to click through 4 different entries, to close out a delivery, all while the PAX' dogs were barking hysterically on the other side of the front door.

I have to uninstall and reinstall at least twice when using after last upgrade and map is constantly giving wrong address. I also agree with the person about the font colors. I can't read yellow on a white background and it's hard to tell the difference between Orange and Red.. Try BLUE , PURPLE, RED.🤔

This is the glitchiest version of this app so far. Says orders are closed out properly then kicks them back, sometimes minutes later, sometimes hours later. All image data is irretrievably lost. It even added previously closed out order info for another driver's delivery back into mine recently. Every single shift there are multiple errors now. It used to just be when there was poor cell service. Seems like that would be something to plan ahead for as far as app design goes as well though.

Since the last update, I do like that deliveries show up in different colors when getting close to delivery time. Unfortunately, since the last update, the password glitches and won't allow me to log in again until I uninstall and reinstall the app. This happens every time it logs me out, which is every 24 hours, and I can no longer ever read messages in the app. It is so frustrating! If this wasn't needed for my job, I wouldn't use it at all.

This app definitely wins the "worst Android app in existence" award. At best, it is aggravating; at worst, it is completely useless, crashing when you try to log in or open a message. And when you think they can't make it worse, then an update comes out, it forces you to update before the app will even open, and then you find something else is broken. Often I can't even login without the app crashing. This app is so bad I frequently have to use the web interface because this simply doesn't work.

This app performs poorly when you're in an area with bad/no cell reception. Orders will appear to close out successfully, only to reappear on the app at some point later when you have a good signal. At that point you have to close the delivery a 2nd time, but the location/picture of where the delivery was left is erased and you're forced to close out the delivery with incomplete/incorrect information. We're penalized for not having a picture and not closing out a delivery within 1 mile.
