I really like the idea but the interface is not at all intuitive. If will often show only one photo and then when you go to upload it uploads over 200 MB of photos. There is no resumption of uploads that get stalled or incompleted

Decent and easy to use capturing functionality, and the app mostly works okay. A few issues: - The capture's automatic white balance is pretty crude and makes forested areas often overly green. - Uploads occasionally get stuck but that is not a big problem, just start it again. - The explore view is mostly useless as trying to select an image node is impossible. It often selects nothing, or a node that is nowhere near the one you tapped on.

Every update removes functionality. There used to be more control over image timing and distance between photos. Gone. But my biggest gripe is that I can no longer select which way my phone is facing relative to the car. My recent uploads all show it on the map as though the photos were taken backwards. This is incorrect as the phone was facing forwards. I plan to do sideways facing soon, so they need to fix it. I plan to use the photos to upload OSM, *IF* they can be quality.

Update: the dev responded to say they fixed it. They haven't. It's still useless. Absolute garbage. Clicking on the map in explore takes me to some random place, that I didn't touch, and then I can't change it. No help in app, and I can't work it out. Single press, double press, press and hold, nothing does anything to change where I am on the map.

Automatic camera direction recognition is a nightmare. Every second to third picture shows a completely off view angle. I know that this is caused by a bad magnetic field sensor and not the app developers' fault, but this issue will increase the number of bad footages uploaded to Mapillary over time. Also I wish there were more camera options, such as setting ISO for when walking in direction of the sun, because images that are taking facing towards the sun are often useless.

Are you mocking the users, the compass keeps pointing in the wrong direction, the time threshold has also not been added back, complete cuckoo, 1 star in also a leoast for you. Phew! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THAT JUNKWARE!!!!! 🤬😡👎

Ever since the upgrade to v1.0, all the features are unstable. When I tap on a sequence in the Explore tab, it shows a completely different area than from where I tapped at. A previous review mentioned the same issue, in which the developers responded and claimed that a recent update fixed the issue - I can attest, it did not fix the issue at all and definitely still needs to be fixed. There is a plethora of issues that this review will not allow me to share, but I digress. What a shame.

App barely functions and is missing significant features. Uploads frequently get stuck, which is only resolved by deleting partially uploaded sequences. You can't save imagery to an SD card, a major problem if your phone has limited storage. And when you tap on the map to view imagery, it brings up photos from the wrong location.
