This app isn't much good. It's supposed to basically bypass having to call your voicemail to get your messages, and to give you the messages in text format with the audio option in case it got words wrong or couldn't make out what was being said. When I was using a Galaxy A12, it worked well enough. But when I "upgraded" to a Magic 5G, it's never worked. It just says "Transcript not available", so I have to listen anyway, which defeats the purpose of having this app.

Ok it's very convenient bcuz I hate checking voicemails I prefer text but this is a cool app. The transcript part doesn't work it's supposed to let u read the voicemail instead of listening to it, but besides that it's ok. 👍🏾

This app worked well prior to the last update. Now the "visual" part of visual voicemail doesn't work. All my permissions are on and every fix that is out there has been attempted. I'm very disappointed in this app.

App is very slow to download, transcribe, and listen to messages. Also, the app blocks access to voicemail for an extended period of time. Developer responded with a request to message via X or F...book. This is stupid! I don't do any kind of f'ing antisocial media, so this review will stand, unless they really want a response.

I've had so many issues with this voicemail. It's finally to a point where I can actually hear my messages without first calling the voicemail. Now, I can actually listen to the voicemail on the app, but it's always on speaker even with the speaker turned off and volume all way down.

Each time I recieve a voicemail there is always something wrong with my Visual Voicemail. I have a notification of a voicemail that won't go away and it won't appear in my Visual Voicemail. I have cleared cache, looked for updates, restarted my phone, deleted old voicemails that are in my Visual Voicemail and listened to every single one. Nothing is working. I closed out the app and opened it again. I recieved 4 voicemails from out of state, and 1 of the 4 will not go away. How do I fix this?

I've never gone out of my way to review anything except this. The notifications are vague and convey no info other than "you have voicemails" When I tap them, they seem to disappear, much like the nonexistent effort put into the design of the interface (that being a nauseating list of black numbers against a white background) The AI has the hearing of an old man and I have to manually reload the page like I'm checking my email. Incidentally, braille text is more "visual" than this app.

It keeps telling me unable to play message because of insufficient space and delete all messages and there are only 2 or 3 messages the I delete them and it says the same thing. Have gotten the problem resolved with cricket support only to have it happen again and again. I don't have the time or patience to stay on the phone with support to fix this every other day. You know your customer support Is horrible. Get it right. All you focus on is payments and upgrades. Invest some more time fixing
