It's a really good add with lots of good games, and lots of good cartoons and programmes. But as it only works on the computer or my phone. It would be super super helpful if you could add an option to be able to cast the cartoon to my TV. Please add this. Then we can watch together on the TV too. my TV doesn't have option to download the add in it. That's 1 less star for that.

The content is really good. I am using in on my android TV but yes the toons get stuck on loading that messes up the child's mood to watch a certain program. Please fix the issue and change the UI a bit for android tv. Simple interface with more tiles like other streaming apps and also add some good long length movies / toons plz. But getting stuck at loading is the main priority to fix.

I have contacted support many times. The app has good content. But its not easy to use. Also u updated the app and removed search option. I wanted to check with free trial as my baby is 2.5 years old and will she be able to use it. It had 2 options Monthly or yearly. I choose yearly and immediately my amount was deducted without any otp or confirmation. Nor i received any email. Since 2 weeks m continously contacting through email and help center. No response. I want refund

Wow. I changed to five stars because they immediately fixed the issues I addressed. Which are: 1) When I play video. There supposed to be an option to auto full-screen. Also after a video ends and the other one plays, it should be full screen as well. It is bad to keep maximizing videos all the time 2) Why cannot search by name? There should be an option to search for videos not just browsing. And please add more Arabic contents especially from Jeem and Braem

The app itself is nice, but once my kids stopped using it, I wasn't able to unsubscribe! The process was extremely confusing (I was directed to go to the website rather than directly from the app) and even then, I was charged the next month. I sent a request to customer service and got a reply after several days asking me why I wanted to cancel. (Still didn't cancel.) I replied to that email immediately but was again charged. I sent another email, but no response, and I've been charged again!

It has been difficult for the children to switch from normal Youtube to Muslim Kids TV... But bit by bit they discover more and more interesting series, films and more! Nice to have such a good alternative! Thank you so much! And as parent of little children, I would recomend to start straight here and just dont admit any other option thats so much not under control of not so good examples in many ways!

The app has lots of educational games and educational stories to teach children about Islam but it's just not very accessible. Everything takes a long time to load. The app would not work on my daughter's TV. It works on my living room TV but when I search, it leaves out results. It also doesn't show anything on my list when I try to view my list on TV. So my daughter can basically only watch it on a phone or tablet. Why call it Muslim kids TV if it doesn't even work on the TV?

Most of the good stories needs subscriptions which I did subscribe for but still can't watch them and keeps asking me to subscribe. It was all good during the trial period then I can't watch it on the app or on the TV even. There is not way to contact them and their help centre is useless! Its just some information about them instead of users looking for help. I cancelled my subscription but still its there on the app and I resubscribe again but still the same!!!
