I had the worst experience with batelco among all service providers in many countries. I bought a post - paid broadband SIM and after few days they called me that they gave me a wrong number and they will change it. Strange enough, they added a charge of number change on my bill. !! Called like 10 times and none did nothing to remove this until I terminated the service. Then I lost the 3G speed and was running on H speed like 20 years back...again called 10 times to fix it and everyone the agent

The app is significantlh faster thrn the previous iteration, however it repeatedly crashes when attempting to pay the bills via benefit pay, and the shop area lags a lot when scrolling.

very bad service provided through the app activation of Esim fail after deduction the payment from my account and no any real response to solve the failure of service providing the customer call center and the branches keep raising complains without any helpful or true action if you can't provid the service why you add it in your app. very big miss and failure in services and customer care

I can't verify my account email. When i paste the activation code from email , nothing happened to the application. But if i put wrong code , it will reject the activation . I think there is error in application in android system. In my iphone it works and accept code activation.

Frustrated with the extremely poor network speed and coverage in our area. Despite having a strong signal strength (full bars) and being advertised as a 5G connection, the performance is painfully slow, comparable to 2G speeds. The irony is that we are offered large data plans (1TB, 2TB, unlimited), but the slow speeds render them useless. In fact, I doubt we'll even use 10% of the allotted data due to the sluggish connection. It seems like a lot of money is being spent on advertising, but the

4 past month, App does not give info except FACING TECH ISSUES. STILL FASHELCO 💤. EVERY DAY THE APP IS GETTING WORST. WAKEUP FASHELCO. Worst App. Very bad interface. Slooooooooow. Every step it has to reload all content. Bill payment and simsim top up is not friendly.. you have to enter number again and again. Can not pay multiple lines in one payment. Does not accept credit cards. Shame on you Batelco fo such bad application. Two years since my earlier review.. still all comments applicable.

I have been using Botelho services, both Business and Personal, but never satisfactory, especially when they started using "Profile number" instead of service/telephone numbers, and insisting that we have to use a certain browser for bill payments, and always request to update information or "download" an updated version ! I give them only ** compared with other providers
