Edit: In response to the reply I got, if you are going to say the app is a free office suite, then the absolute most basic of functions for an office suite, ie the ability to create a document, should not be locked behind a subscription service. Litterally just make it cost money to get the app in the first place if you are absolutely opposed to letting users create a new document for free.

I have the paid version for Android. It is easy to use. It is very flexible. Found to be very compatible with MS Office. Setting up / entering large files on a table / phone is a little troublesome(so). I liked it so much that I downloaded the windows version. The windows version has an monthly fee. Found that the unpaid version seems to be useless. Sence I use it for personal use, the monthly fee is not worth it.

No way to tell it to open pdf files by default if it's set to another app. I accidentally clicked Firefox opening a pdf "always" instead of "just once" and now both Firefox and Mobi office don't even have a menu option to fix it. Searches find advice to go to menus that don't exist. Go to settings and click on "yada yada" but that yada isn't there. I'm not a noob either. Decades on Internet.

Not what I want! I am looking for a free office app. I can't even use this to create a document without paying a monthly fee. Not everyone can afford monthly fees to use apps. Every app wants to charge you now a days who can afford that. You already pay the equivalent of a mortgage and car payment to have a phone. I didn't even use this app more than 1 time every month why should I pay monthly for office app I hardly use.

A worthwhile alternative to Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workplace suite (s). It is a tiresome, mostly thankless, and time-consuming task to weed through the many similarly-focused apps available for your devices. The ridiculously high number of apps that offer all of the various mainstay features, options, and tools is simply mind-numbing. MobiOffice stands out among its "peers" for a multitude of reasons.

I am not thrilled with the app. It does the job for the most part. 1. It never seems to close completely. After I have finished with a project it holds on to the last document and keeps it in the notification tray. Constantly. Done should be done. Not dangling in the background. 2. I can not seem to take a docx I have completed and save it as a pdf. In a normal world that wouldn't be a major issue but my hp printer only prints pdf and photos. I know, makes the printer rather useless until I buy a nice smart epson, but it's what im stuck with at the time.

I used to use this app and loved it. Since I don't use this type of software often, I opted for the free version, I can deal with the limitations and ads. Recently, I purchased a new phone, and after having it a while, I installed this software. Now it seems I cannot open a new document without getting a pop up offering a seven day trial, and no option to say no. I guess the ad revenue isn't sufficient, so now it is doing everything to pressure you into paying for the service monthly.

I've had this app for years. Not sure when they decided to go subscription, but since then, I've avoided it as there is no reason to pay a monthly subscription fee for something that isn't updated so frequently, doesn't provide services that make my jaw drop, or even work 100% with all devices and file formats. If it were still based on the one-time buy in, it would be great! However there is absolute nothing whatsoever about this app that makes a recurring subscription worthwhile.
