AVOID!!! - It never connected once I reached my destination, despite following the (patchy) instruction guide several times. Reached out to the "24/7" support and I still haven't heard back a few days later. Ended up using a different eSIM provider which worked immediately without issue. I'll need to perform a chargeback to get my money back since there's no engagement from their support line. Edit: I already emailed that support address and haven't heard anything back from there either

I bought an eSIM bundle to use in the UAE, but I couldn't activate it because the app didn't work, and the 24/7 WhatsApp support wasn't connecting. I tried using different phone, but the problem persisted with what's up. I reached out to customer care through the "Contact Us" feature, but no one responded. It was a terrible experience. I won't use this service again or recommend it to anyone.

Be careful this app!!! It could burn your motherboard of you cell phone. I used few times. It looked OK. However, my cell phone screen turned to black after I tried to use it again. Only using few hours late, my phone turned to black screen. I thought it could be just small problem. Restart will fix this. No! No!No! My phone'mother board completed burned. This app did not let me install a new esim after I bought a new phone. I lost everything. Never never never use this again! ! !

Plans are cheap but the app is very buggy. Always asks for camera permission even after I give it. Forgets your account constantly. Sometimes topups take hours to activate. Says plan is expired even after you top it up. Contacting them from the app doesn't do anything, no response...

I downloaded the Monty app and purchased their eSIM service, but it didn't work even after waiting 12 hours. I contacted customer service twice, but they gave the same unhelpful responses. I then bought the same service from another app, and it worked perfectly within a minute. Overall, very disappointed with Monty’s service.

The networks that are shown in each country info are not the right ones that you will get after purchase and obviously are placed in info just to entice us to buy. In UAE it is mentioned network that is forbidden and not connecting. In Jordan are mentioned three networks but it is working just on 1/3 and just 3G even that there is 4G in most urban areas. After contacting app support many times, they have just an explanation "it depends on operator". Sadly that is useless...

The money in the wallet disappears (small amounts: 3USD in my case)... contacted their customer service and they say they will get back to me and then no one does. It's been over a month. There are better options out there for eSIMs.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for the most part of the last 2 trips. Support promised to help, but after a short initial interaction stopped responding and didn't do anything.
