I'd leave zero stars, but it's not an option. I have requested information on three properties now from three different agents and have not received a single reply. It appears that maybe when you uncheck the desire to receive finance information, your request goes straight to the garbage. At least Zillow responds. Update: I've responded through your app and will further update this with a resolution, hopefully!

app works great. Edit: I haven't been able to use my commute address ( autocomplete won't work), as of several weeks if not longer. I don't remember when it started. I have all my autofills on enable and the Realtor app just stopped on day. I may have to use a competitors app. This feature was very helpful!!

Overall, the app works well. But, it's annoying to get notices for areas that I searched and was just curious about, even when it's not a saved search. There's no method to stop notifications for a specific area. I was curious about North Pole, Alaska, and now I'm always getting new listings even though I never made a saved search there. It's annoying!!!

App should retain my filter settings and only send notifications based on what I have defined. I use filters to find homes to buy in specific areas. However, when property notifications are sent, they do not retain my filter choices they are sent with filters, all reset. In fact, I am interested in buying and being sent rental properties. Since notifications are sent I would love to see properties that fits my requirements.

I want to give a 5 star but constant differences in actual location vs. given location. Using driving directions from the app is not accurate at times. Overall, this app is superior to other house hunting apps. I would like to see a flood zone filter be added but it might take away from an easy to use simplistic product. The area I used app has several flood zone areas.

I was enjoying the app up until the last update. It took away one of the most useful features, an ongoing list of open houses, price drops, new listings and contingent homes. I used it daily more than once. It has been replaced by utterly useless pictures of homes they are promoting with none of the practical information from before. I'm incredibly disappointed.

WAS, easy to use, and had more info than other apps. Does not work properly, terrible app. And it gets worse by the day. Update, correct, or start over. Doing a search for homes already built gives you homes not built. And the listing goes beyond where you want to look. Confusing and very aggravating. Update or be left behind. So many other apps available.

Update: I wish it showed the crime rate in the area. Clicking between houses sucks. If there's a small cluster of them then you're lucky to move through the listings with ease on the map, otherwise you're clicking back and forth between the same ones. You can zoom in but then it deselects your listing and the picture preview of the listing takes up half of the screen. They allow you to swipe between listings as well but like Zillow it moves erratically between listings.
