Will not open pace logo screen on 2 android phones. Have dumped cache, reloaded app 5 times but will not open in either phone. (Worked great for years - only failed beginning about 6 months ago)

Never updates, everyday I go in to read the local news and it's same news from week before. It doesn't update everyday
