The app is incredibly frustrating and nearly impossible to hook up a new bank account. There isn't a way to do this in the app and I didn't realize it was hooked up to an old account with no way to change it. I got hit with NSF fees and they sent my acct to collections without even bothering to let me know first. Thanks spinx, really appreciate it. .. I'll take my business elsewhere, thanks

No support. It is hung up and I can't link my checking account to use at the pump, so I can't get the discounts that accumulate. If I use Google Pay, it goes through as credit and adds 10¢ per gallon. I've done the email and sent in statement copies, and I've tried submitting through the app. Nothing. App is useless without the ability to capitalize on discounts. EDIT: Lots of 1 star reviews, NO response to anyone. You're failing here, Spinx. Competitors are winning in this space.

I can't even login to to the app. The login/register portion tries to create a new account with an already registered phone number, and then fails... because it's already attached to an existing account. 🤦. I have a username/password, but apparently no one thought to add that option to the register/login. I think I'm just gonna stick with Gas Buddy/Gridwise. Not at Spinx though.. Use anything but a physical debit card there, and you'll be paying credit gas prices.

This app sucks. I can't get logged in so I clicked RESET PASSWORD. I type my email address in, then click "I'm not a robot". Then I click Continue. I then receive the message: "ERROR Unable to generate security code at this time" I've tried multiple times at different time of day. Keeps repeating the same error. GARBAGE APP!

Im okay that they require the ACH for a bank account (they don't have to pay as many fees so they can give us a nice discount) what I'm NOT okay with and don't understand is why they also need part of my Social Security Number along with my ACH full name and address. That's more than Im willing to give to a gas station. The app looked okay otherwise.

This is very cool to have several snacks and drinks redeemable for free with a FREE app!!! I've tried several different Monster drinks, protein bars, sweet tarts, smart water, Reign energy drinks ALL FOR FREE!!!! Very good job Spinx. We have a brand new QT,but Spinx is definitely my convenience store of choice. Let's go Spinx!!!

Don't know what happened but as of the last update this app is now useless. It lost all card info and any/all attempts to restore it have been futile. Can't login with our loyalty account any more. Created a new one only to find out there is no way now to link an account to use it for payment. Changed passwords online, app doesn't recognize it. Useless. What good is an update if it also loses user info and makes it impossible for people to restore their accounts?

Updated to add: This issue has been resolved with an update. There is now a thin blue link button at the top of the "activity' tab in the app that shows "Log Into Your Xtras Pay Member Portal Here". Click that and once you get logged in, you can edit your acct. App works well, but needs a way to link a new bank account within the app. I have a new bank account number, but don't have the patience to wait on hold with customer service to update it so I am unable to pay with my spinx xtras card.
