Only vendor to create basic Apps with many Ads to waste data just to check balance, while all others telco are free data. Once data plan expired or run out, cant even use Apps to renew data plan. Failed to function outside Myanmar as it needs OTP yet not support overseas sms, unlike all other telco did as basic service.

This app sucks, the owner and the developers really need to work this terrible app. The app keeps logging out for no reason. The sim card and data price is not suitable for most local. And the connection is so poor. Rate this app -100/10.

The previous app "my Mytel" was really good.From my point of view, it was really easy to use and didn't eat too much data at all. The new app is really confusing for me. It also uses a lot of ram to process and even after using this much ram,it doesn't work properly. Sometimes, it just freezes.It ate 200 MB of data in just a few minutes. Really disappointed. The new was supposed to be more convenient and easy to use.

Very bad. Not this app. It's operation of mytel. I buy a package with 400MB all(1 Gb youtube+1 Gb telegram+1 GB tiktok)but I only get 250MB all(400 MB on each social).This is lying.Fix it.
