Before the vacuuming starts we only have 3 suction options but during the task we have 4. Why can't you add the "super powerful suction" to the list to begin with? Also the map is very basic can you show items such as chair and tables as well allow to mark where carpets are? Lastly the colour choice isn't clear as to where the vacuum has been, it is the same colour as the background but just a tiny bit darker each time hard to see! This app needs work, only good for basic use!

The update just downgraded the cleaning timeline, no room level functions like cleaning carpet can be seen now.Can't add carpets manually, Can't split rooms in custom way only wall to wall straight line, no vortex suction option most of the time missing, can't add zones as quick tasks. Hardware is great, spare part availability is bad in india.

Does the job, but I found three issues: - It really doesn't handle multilevel houses well with the same robot... can't select rooms or similar on secondary maps - When performing a task I can't make it skip a subtask in the task flow while the task is running (like skip mop cleaning or skip next room/current room) - No button to just drive the robot out of the station, so that I can pick it up easily to take out dust. It has a recall button, a "drive out" option would be useful too.

Littered with strange translations from Chinese, can't connect to the robot half of the time until you restart the app. When it works it's okay, though somewhat clunky.

Freo X plus Pro 1.User friendly interface 2. Simplistic design easy accessibility of tasks 3. Quick response time Cons 1. Vaccum mode returns to normal from strong or super strong automatically after some time, ideally it should not shift modes until asked for. 2. Mop mode returns to normal humidity from wet mop setting after sometime, need to continuously check for the same 3. While being on stand by sometimes the robot comes out of station & tries to find out station again without any reason

The app is not that user-friendly. Unable to share with other family members. It was very difficult to split a room the last room that was trying to edit it just did not work . Although Narval is a good cleaner, the app is poorly designed.

The app is faulty. Continuous network errors amongst many other issues as stated by other users. Please fix!

❌ Most expensive vacmop doesn't even have multiple maps!! I have 3 floors and can only use one floor as base map, and others are temporary secondary map without base station ❌ Can't do edge sweep on manual mode, Freo mode is complete garbage, considers designs in tiles to be dirt and shows finished cleaning area as heavily soiled 🤦 ❌ Liquid cleaner is super expensive at ₹2,000 per bottle and not refillable with other brand, totally stupid decision and no one buys it! ❌ Network issues all time!
