Unable to view order, order status, and previous orders. Unable to leave feedback. Placed an order and only shows active rewards points, but the feedback button claims my account is inactive. Very similar experience at the restaurant itself with lying about wait time, the wait itself, and missing items (after arriving 3 minutes after it was supposed to be ready with no other customers). I used to love this franchise, but now I can't stand it.

Would give negative stars if it were possible. The app is cumbersome, difficult to navigate, and the check out feature doesn't work half the time even when I close all the way out of the app. This is made all the worse by the fact that there previous website worked great, but they have since remodeled their website which is even trashier than the app.

This app is God awful. The prompts are barely English, there's no rhyme or reason to the store lists for choosing your favorite location so you just have to scroll until you find it. There's no option to add more of most sides. Its also impossible to order regular buttermilk pancakes with butter. You're prompted to "select at least one" of the options to modify them before you can move on and the only one is "no butter". I don't know why I expected the app to be much better than your service.

App needs work. We order at least once a week but I have yet to receive any reward points. I've looked everywhere for instructions to see if there is something special I have to do. I can't find anything! Otherwise, it's wasy to order and customize my choices. As for the food, we obviously like it since we eat at Huddle House weekly.

You've really got some big issues, you're putting items on the online menu that aren't on menus in locations and you're letting customers buy those items to lead to their inevitable disappointment when we show up to the location and can't get what we paid for then we have to navigate your refund process which is taking a hella long time. The item in question I had to be disappointed with paying for and not getting was the breakfast burritos that won't be on their menu for another week!

EDIT 2: Fixed. Uninstalled, rebooted TWICE, reinstalled, added to DenyList in Magisk. Didn't ask for fingerprint after killing the app & reopening, so we'll see. Can't update profile from app (and can't update home address from website). EDIT: Another 9 months goes by, app STILL won't open. Spoke to other patrons & staff in Mt Morris PA location, exact same problems. Seriously? App won't even start. No app updates in a year. Gee, I wonder if this impacts a company's reputation...

Pretty standard ordering app- takes a few minutes for rewards to appear after you elect to receive them/trade in points for them. I placed an order a while back and the store didn't receive it however it seems that bug has been fixed. Overall decent app and simple to maneuver.

UPDATE: The app wrongly give 15mins as a pickup time. It's closer to 30 minutes. If you want food at 9 you'll have to place your order no later than 820. The app is very easy to use. However, I don't like that curbside doesn't mean that someone will bring the food out to the car. It doesn't say that on the app or on the door of the restaurant. Maybe it's just my location? This is one good thing that happened with Covid.
