More reading options and less videos would be helpful for those of us who prefer to read content. I would also really like the options of a medication tracker and a period tracker. If the points aren't redeemable (i.e. if your provider isn't participating in redeeming points for gift cards as advertised) that should be stated in-app.

I am upto a 57 day streak! I love the growth from some features! Others, like journals, are becoming irrelevant here. I do feel the pt. reward system, and my not qualifying, was poorly communicated, especially in a wellness assigned app. I was not told and it should be noted in my app profile. Especially when I got emails about missing trackers, I didn't, but were actually journey journals. I don't care about the rewards, but the system as it is could cause unneeded anxiety from a treatment app.

Great app w/lots of resources & good step by step processes for breaking down issues into doable steps. But the points...If your company doesn't participate in the points system, seeing it in the app is demotivating. If I can't do anything with the points, I don't want to see them. Since we can't get anything with them, why is our participation in the app restricted timewise like people who can redeem for rewards are?? Take that part out or make some sort of other non$ rewards for them.

I have been using the NeuroFlow app several years now. The app itself runs smooth and fast, allowing me less distraction. After answering some questions which take very little time, my doctor and I had begun to recognize certain patterns and were able to approach it. There's lots of extras on the app which are GREAT and I love the meditation exercises! Best part? Ive banked a few gift cards just from using the app! Try it, you've got nothing to lose!

This is a great app, but there are a few vital flaws in it, at least for me. The points limit for one caps at 1000 in a 30 day period, which for me makes it discouraging for me to actually do any of the goals. The journal prompts for two which puts pressure on me to write prompts that honestly don't apply to me and it's not like I can click a button on them to dismiss them and say "No Thank You". It's a great source and concept, but personally I find it lacking in some parts.

I am benefitting tremendously from this app. I have learned quite a bit about recognizing signs within myself, what they mean, and how to address them. I love the breathing exercises. who knew there were so many different types and that each has a separate purpose. The mindfulness exercises are very short (you can actually choose different lengths) and really work in completely relaxing me in just 4 mins. To be most effective I feel that this works best with some counseling.

Love! It keeps me on track with my mindfulness, self-care, and loving kindness practices. It's a great intuition companion in that people want to stop and care for themselves, but they don't know how or they forget. Breathing exercises starts on an out breath, which takes some getting used to. On journal days, it often gives 3 entries to do, but I use app before my AM routine, so 3 is too long. Now, you can move activities back to your to do list and save them for later.

Customer service has gone down hill but I still use the app. When I first started using the app, 1 1/2 years ago, customer service responded to my questions right away. In the past 6 months one of my trackers, mood/sleep, doesn't display in my activities even though I have it turned on. Two emails to customer service have had no response. I continue using the app but I have to go to the Discover tab and manually track mood/sleep.
