updating my review to educate whatever person who felt the need to apply incorrect information, android 15 ONE UI 7.0 just released fully 2 days ago. Who on earth told it came out in 2015? maybe instead of trying to correct me with incorrect information we just make the app work on samsung again for signatures? it's the only issue and it's with every type of Samsung-android. none of them work with signatures.

I can't say enough about the Cotality team! The Dash mobile app has changed the direction of our company! We are a relatively small company that doesn't employ "admins" to enter our job data. Our PMs and Techs are required to perform these tasks. The "office" time for these folks has been cut in half. More time in the field = happier customers! Thanks Jaynell, Kelley, Nikki and Chad!

My biggest gripe with this app - I don't see a reason why there isn't local storage and the database needs to be queried for 6 seconds for EVERYTHING. Also, if you're going to query everything WHY can't i see all of the documents uploaded to the job and I'm limited on the mobile side? Lastly, what's the reason behind limiting photo queues and WHY is there no crash reporting? This just seems like lazy programming and I'd be happy to help put forth a solution. 2stars because it does work sometimes

The biometric log in is broken, I try the new way and still having trouble .. use the forgot password that takes you to the desktop version and locks out. I have a few regrets in my life but talking my company to move from Builderstrend to Dash tops the list of regrets. If you all get a chance you should try their desktop and mobil app. It works better and makes sense and looks better. I thought after the couple years I was away Dash had gotten better . Worst reviews :(

Still horrible in nearly every way. Why have biometric login yet still require password changes? Still lags, still crashes, still can't perform basic tasks with consistency, efficiency or without interruptions. The amount of time wasted by techs in the field is costing every company that uses this app an inexcusable amount of money. Everyone involved in writing this app should be forced to use it in the field for a month before it's released. Can't say enough bad things about this company's apps

fingerprint log in doesnt work. have to press buttons several times to work. calendar is not intuitive.

Every new update brings a new issue. They don't like to support the Android platform. I have submitted tickets ans then they get closed after 2 days with no resolution. Today the notes I add don't show on my phone. But log into desktop version and I see all 5 notes.
