Customer service has improved greatly. They contact you and help to fix whatever issues you may have. Only issue I have now when a new model comes out it seems you might as well update because the older model seems to quit working correctly

Who designs and builds an appliance with NO ability to power off? "Turn off notifications and let it die..." No historical tracking, so you don't know if temp is increasing or decreasing, refreshing by pulling down actually does nothing, does not get refreshed data, so you have to wait 8 to 10 minutes before new data comes in. Frustrating app, as it could have been so much better with a bit of thought.

We have had our unit since 2022 and the last year has been awful. The app does not allow us to update the power off nor is it sending us that information. We have attempted to contact customer service with no response. We are paying over $300 a year for little to no service. Waggle contact us.

The devices might be great. I don't know because the app, which makes me type the Wi-Fi network name instead of scanning, also has a field too small for the fairly typical network name at this RV park.

Your app sign up keeps kicking me out every time I try to put in the verification code You have a bug and it won't allow me to finish the registration process. Huge waste of money because now I can't get it to send info to my phone. Very disappointed

As of 5/18/2024, the app doesn't seem to load. Uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. The app icon appears in the middle of the screen while the loading just spin around. Same issue with another device. Contacted support a few days ago with no response. This is about the third time something has been an issue and really makes it difficult to want to trust this system.

This is a great little device for keeping my fur baby safe. An added bonus for me is the included humidity monitoring. Helpful even when I am in the RV. The only thing I would like to make sure other RVing pet owners are aware of, and this is in no way Waggle's fault, is that in much of the Western US, cell coverage is unreliable. In these areas, the device won't connect and won't be able to send alerts. Like I said, in no way is this a Waggle defect-they can't control cell coverage. Overall A+

I just want to monitor the temperature for my pet. Why do you need my animal's namea and are you kidding that its required to register the product. Also it wants access to my location, pics, storage, camera, etc. I go to setting and it wants more information on my pet and won't move forward or let me back out without it. Great idea if you want a social media app for your animal. Also $20/month...I can add a line to my cell plan for $10 a month. Overpriced, too intrusive, very frustrating.
