*REQUIREMENTS*To be able to update your navigation by phone, the OS version of your car's head unit must be 6.0.10.2 or 9.0.10.2 . You must use the Dacia Media Nav Evolution Toolbox to update your head-unit to OS6.0.10.2 or OS9.0.10.2.
You cannot use the phone application to update the head-unit.
To check the OS version of the headunit, click on OS menu -> settings -> system -> system version.

First time used app I successfully connected to head unit, sync device config update, latest map guarantee no problem. I removed a map then put the tick back on phone, add to transfer, chose transfer to car. Then it just sits there at zero for a long time. Siftware version is 6.0.11.4. Tried USB method as described on website and USB drive when plugs in shows new software update to 6.0.12.2 However it fails to install "bad check file" Tried several times including reformatting usb drive (fat 32)

One year after purchasing the NNG map update and this app is still not able to connect to the Media Nav unit. No cars can be registred to my account, this option bring grayed out. To date, the only option to update the maps ia still through the desktop app MediaNav Evolution Toolbox.

Managed to update software but when I plug my phone in via USB I get "Storage media not found". Switched on USB debugging, and still not working. App says to log in and - I am logged in but the same message still appears. Useless.

Can't update, this app and the cars systems seems as bad as the car, I will be upgrading my car to a different make, instead of your sat nav

Absolutely toilet, won't let me download maps as it says its not paired to my car, when it clearly is. My head unit is updated to 10.0.15.3 Frustrating. Can't give a zero otherwise I would. If I have updated my head unit to a more modern version then it should work. Seeing the comments on here validates my review.

Its connected with cable to the phone I can listen music f0om my phone but this insist that its not connected. Main dealer approved that the app its not working with most vesion and suggest to use the phone instead

Unusable. Sat nav can't find any USB stick. Sat nav can't connect to phone. All Dacia online instructions refer to a different set of menu trees to the (newer) version I see in my satnav. Highly recommend Dacia satnav to anyone lacking frustration in their life.

Awful, system in cars are not compatible with android. App doesn't recognise car I have spent two days trying to update maps to then take the car to a dealer to be told the system is bad I'm better off using maps on my phone
