Arsenal 2 is an intelligent assistant for your DSLR or mirrorless camera. The Arsenal 2 app provides you with complete remote control of Arsenal and your camera.

NEVER MISS THE PERFECT SHOT: Like your own personal photography assistant, Arsenal lets you focus on the parts of photography you love while it takes care of the rest. In Smart Mode, Arsenal 2’s machine learning algorithm understands the scene you’re shooting, chooses smart settings, and fine tunes them using 18 different environmental factors.

GET COMPLETE CONTROL: When you want full creative control, Arsenal 2’s Manual Mode turns your smartphone into the world’s best wireless camera remote. Set your camera’s shutter speed, aperture, and ISO. See a live preview of your shot. And trigger the shutter... all from up to 100 feet away!

TAKE GREAT SHOTS IN TRICKY LIGHT: Capture scenes with High Dynamic Range (HDR) without spending hours in front of your computer. Arsenal 2 automates advanced exposure stacking techniques.

KEEP EVERYTHING SHARP: With focus stacking, you can get your entire scene in sharp focus.

CAPTURE STUNNING TIMELAPSES: Arsenal 2 makes capturing “holy grail” timelapses a breeze. Simply start your timelapse and let Arsenal 2 adjust the exposure as the light changes for a smooth day-to-night transition. You can even preview your timelapse while it’s being recorded.

Update: App fixed and able to connect. Will give another update once a few photos ops are in the bag. Other than that, the support to get this addressed was swift. Thx Matt. App doesn't connect to camera. It fails each time. What's the point of this product if it cannot be used as designed. I've invested the time and effort to ensure the settings are correct and it still doesn't connect.

Seemed promising on Kickstarter but ended up being a dud. The hardware won't connect no matter how many times I try. If it does, it glitches. I appreciate the efforts made to try and fix it because it could be awesome... but in it's current state it stinks.

Love the Arsenal 2 and the app other than two things: - The app doesn't work at all when disconnected from a camera. It'd be great if it would at least let you download photos/timelapses and update the firmware without having a camera attached. - The app fails to connect to the Arsenal 2 if I'm connected to WiFi. Other apps like Nikon's SnapBridge just override the normal WiFi connection to communicate with the device. This app just fails to connect until I manually disconnect from the WiFi.

With arsenal 2 pro as of June 2024 there are still major bugs, crashes, and missing features. Features that are functional do work fairly well, but for example, handheld mode and deep color don't work on either of my canon bodies (SL3, T3I). Support is pleasant but a bit dismissive, claimed this would be fixed "in a few weeks" and would notify me, but there have been no updates yet. Great idea, better marketing, but still feels incomplete. Will update review if any of this changes.

The wifi connection sucks bad. 15 feet is probably all you get Wouldn't feel so bad if it I don't know automatically connected. If you need one shot it's fine. If it takes more than one shot, sticking, timelapse it's broken. It has a CPU but if the wifi drops it stops, why doesn't it keep going? Broken for anything with more than 1 picture.

Pre-ordered back in December 2021, after shipping delays received the Arsenal 2. At start up it was easy to install. Not all the features where available at first. When I spoke with support they would tell me its in beta. I am an android user, and so far, android has always been the red-headed step child when it comes to rolling out functions for this unit. My biggest reason for buying was the panorama. 1 year and 2 months later, still no panorama. But it's available on iOS though. Disappointing

Updated Review: I installed this app as soon as it hit the marketplace and had issues where it kept crashing. However the team was so helpful on getting my issue resolved with an update to the app. The app connects easily to my camera and is easy to use. Still in the process of figuring a few things out and will have to update my review on the app after more testing.
