Once logged in, the app is not allowing changing to different sections. We have to exit the app and login again to go to different sections. Secondly, american express card is not allowed for fee payment. The fee updation interval can be reduced to hours.

When we changed the number, the App suddenly not working and it is keep on asking number changed please uninstall and install again. But even if we uninstall and installed again we are getting the same error message and couldn't able to login. Mobile model - Motorola Edge 50 Neo. What could be the reason? How to get it fixed?

I paid the fees but it's not getting reflected but the sad part is I'm unable to raise a ticket from the app. I believe they are even charging more as gateway charges like that but the App performance is not to the mark and getting this sorted out is again a frustrating one.

The App doesn't send notifications these days. The school has posted that it is a holiday due to rain. But we didn't get any notification. We found out after going to school. No notifications even if something is posted in class diary.

Dear Team, Kindly add the in app notification alert like, when a notification posted by the school, it will reflect or alert us in mobile notification shade with a notification sound like, if you do this we will never miss a.Single notification it useful if u do. Thanks

Requires a lotttttt of improvement. 1. There is no sort option, I have one month old message sitting on top not knowing how to remove or sort it 2. If you have more than one child studying in the same school then both the messages gets mixed. There should be an option in the menu to select student. I am unable to follow the schedule due to mixing up of messages and miss a lot of scheduled events for my kids. Please try to add these 2 in your next version. Thanks
