Worst app on the planet. Absolutely not user friendly at all, and the app is extremely glitchy and poorly designed. A middle schooler could have made a better app than this. It is time for them to step up their game, because unfortunately this is the only way to call locates for your business unless you want to talk to an extremely unhelpful representative on the phone.

Select parcel no longer works. It doesn't show you what your clicking. Not sure what happened. It used to work great.

App hasnt worked properly for several years now in any of my phones. Used to be great but I'm sure the developers don't actually care. (P.s. its the zoom function that is broke)

The whole process is unnecessarily cumbersome if,like me, you are a homeowner just trying to move a small sapling in your yard. The whole process is just another example of an entity, whether a government department or a private company reducing their own workload by making their workload a self service process. My reaction to that is the same as to Wal Mart with their self checkout, I have a job. I have neither the time nor the desire to learn yours.if
