I can't reset my password. It keeps saying 'invalid token' and the link we get when we ask to reset is a crazy long link that you can't click on. You have to copy and paste on the browser just for the attempt to reset it not to work. You can see too much of the programming scripts on this app. I attempted to enter possible old passwords and it gave me pages and pages of code. I can only assume that means I've been locked out.

It serves it's purpose but has some annoyances. You can't hit your back button to return to the previous screen in most cases. Also, it keeps deleting my payment method. I'll go to order smoothies without my wallet on me and can't because my payment methods are gone. I have also gone to place an order while in line at a store and wasn't going to try to fill in that information then. So, I just don't get smoothies when that happens. It does let you order and customize your smoothies.

Terrible user interface and design. The whole app layout is bad - Where things are located, the colors, the design, all of it. If yall need an example of a good app to model yours after, look at the app for Balance. Different items/services being provided, but the app for Balance is by far the easiest to use. and most efficient food app I have ever used. Robeks is amazing and I love the smoothies, just get a better app designer/developer.

This app is by far the worst food app that I have ever used. Anytime that you change a location for one of your favs, you need to reinter your credit card. It has an option to take a pic of your card, but it doesn't work. Then, when you do finally hand key your credit card info, for tlyour saved fav item, it rejects the card. I am always on the go and want to order my customized drink and I constantly need to manually enter a credit card. It seems that it links the credit card with the store loc

Rarely functions. Half the time when I try to order through the app, it simply doesn't work. So I end up paying at the register. Then when I try to scan the receipt so I'll get the points, it says "error" and won't add the points. So frustrating to use this app. I'll be really surprised if this review even posts.

The app places your order just fine but it never saves the card information for payments. It does to the extent that you see your saved card information but every time I try to pay, it says my card is declined. Then I have to manually enter my card information again then it works. Not sure why there's not a PayPal option or a better way to make payments without having to re-enter my card information.

The original set-up was far superior and simpler (phone/card).User interface needs more work. The QR code scanner does not work. The store only has a scanner at the front for walk-in but no scanner at the back for drive-thru forcing app users to either hand over their phone or do walk-in instead of drive-thru. Baristas are not trained on using the app and cannot help because they know less than we do after downloading. I was asked for my user ID but the app hasn't supplied me that information.

I usually go to JAMBA juice, but robeks is closer to my job. I ordered an acai bowl, and when I received it, it only had 4 slices of strawberry and a anorexic 5 slices of banana. It looked very disproportionate to the bowl and the amount of granola. I understand everyone wants to save a buck, but this was disappointing. Honey was not there, and if they added it, it was very little. The bowl had no flavor. Thanks for helping me choose the competitor.
