Atleast provide a option to add invoice photo from gallery it is very critical thing what if we have photo in phone then we are not able to upload invoice to the system and because of this sales data is getting mismatched how to tackle up this nonsense thing unavailability of upload photo from gallery option/feature in the app which requires everytime when we have to upload sales data. Kindly look into the issue and enable the option!

New version is not good,it takes time to load and it will not open if you dont have data or wifi, better bring back the old version. Its more convenient plus way more easy to log in because of fingerprint pass.

This app doesn't save images when marking attendance frequently crashes after updates especially. Doesn't record data properly after reinstalling also doesn't retain data. Very unfriendly.

Outbox is always in red color even after successful sync. No Outlet images loads & maps are the worst. Takes alot of time to add Outlets & sync data.

This app needs access to everything on my phone.... I don't know why it needed all the stuffs on my phone ... From camera to gps to call manager to call recorded... Just a joke to privacy.... But can't do much as I need to put my organization attendance here only.... Too much just for attendance!!! SLOW 👏CLAP

When I open channelplay application, my mobile get slow and need to be restarted for every store,,, after restart,,, it again get slow after some time.

Customer service is very poor I call them from last two months but my problem doesn't solve My issue is log in page appears constantly every time need to fill user id and password. In 10 hours of duty my hour waste for filling userid and password

I don't know why an attendance app needs access to media and photos on my phone, big corporations now a days really don't allow as any piracy these days and on top of that this thing really sucks the app does not even work properly
