1st, couldn't get past the login page. FINALLY after that unnecessary frustration, now I can't get past the "Find Your Building" page. Some kind of error. My address pops up when I input my street number, but when I click on it just says unknown error... 😑 I tried man. Can't even access the app to know whether I like it or not. Neat concept I guess? 🤷

Great idea, I've already met multiple neighbors through this. But the app is missing basic functionality. I can't delete a group that I created and I forgot to add an image to the group logo and now there is no option to add one after the group has been created. I emailed back and forth with multiple employees and they claimed they added the features but I see no difference on my end. Something that basic shouldn't be missing from an app

The latest couple of updates have made it so non-intuitive to use for anyone over 12 that's just astonishing. You're guessing and digging now just to get to the basics. They don't seem to know what ppl are using the app for at all. Navigation now is terrible, and takes too many steps. UX 101 ppl, send your team back to classes, this is not the kind of app where you want to get fancy with this stuff. I used the app for a bit but if current course remains I'm going to ditch it.

Great concept, but app needs some work The app itself it good, but a bit laggy. Easy to use & understand UX. Notifications don't clear properly. Often asks to update when it's already been updated and then freezes. Sometimes crashes when loading media. However, I'd still recommend it since it's a new service and may be having growing pains & the concept is solid.

Good concept. Notifications need to be auto-dismissed when you open the channel from which they originated. Reminder to complete profile needs to be permanently dismissible. The app has become incredibly laggy and unresponsive since the last update, it's borderline unusable and requires repeated restarts.

I like this app overall because it gives residents a chance to quickly communicate without landlord or management company moderation. However if the door hangers could be customizable so people knew who hung them, it would feel less iffy and sketchy in the beginning. That's why I didn't join initially.

I was able to sign up, but when I try to find my building I get an error message that says, "There was an error while trying to create your community." There are no options to do anything else.

The app requires a $5 deposit to order door hangers, but they charged me $20. This is not a good start.
