Horribly sluggish response over several "updates". The most recent "update" was actually a HUGE step in the wrong direction. Ie, it takes 20-30 seconds for the app to load, then the open command usually fails. Repeatedly. Why does it need location? Why not send a coded wifi thats only recognized by "my" storage facility? Make the app seamless to use. Surely someone on the team drives a Tesla? Nvm, the storage facility changed something, now a different appis being used. Sadly, it's no better

I just joined Storage Genie and was so excited about entering the facility from the app. However, like every other Android user, it does not work great for me either. It would be much faster to punch in the numbers. But if you're in an SUV, it makes it that much harder to reach the keypad. Luckily, I don't think I'll have to use my facility that often.

The worst app. Viewing access history is sporadic. It seems to only keep the last two- Maybe. When I click on to pay my account it takes me to a Uhaul page. Have not been able to successfully open the gate with the app yet. I'd love to be notified when someone enters with my code, but that seems to be too much of a stretch. The only reason I'm keeping the app is because I maybe might possibly be able to see history sometimes. 🤷‍♀️

Literally worst app I've ever used. Or attempted to. Took forever to get it set up linked with my storage facility. Once I finally did, it didn't work! I was able to get it to open/close the gates a couple of times but never worked on first try—had to click, fail, close app, reopen, click—& by the second day, it removed my facility & was making me add it all over. DEFINITELY not even close to worth the trouble! Super disappointing, I was so excited about having an app instead of long code...

App used to be great before all these updates when it used to have the big open button, now when I get to the gate, it lags out, takes forever to connect and auto open turned on doesn't work anymore, I still have to press the small little open button and even then it takes almost 25 seconds for it to send the signal when I hit open and I'm just sitting there, it sucks especially when all I used to do is make sure the app was open stop next to the code reader and 5 seconds later the gate opened.

Open the app and the frustration starts, takes too long to figure out where I am at, sometimes hangs while loading info, sometimes does not find the storage facility. When it does work, the range seems shorter than my arms. I may as well use the keypad.

This is the worst I've ever experienced. It's sole job is to send a signal to a transponder in range, and before the update it was a 50/50% chance it could do that. After the update there is a 100% it will NOT work. Seriously, I haven't been able to open the storage gate a single time after update, it just shows error every single time. They updated themselves into absolute failure.

Inconsistent. Not reliable. I have to have this installed on 2 phones with both trying to open the gate at the same time alternately closing the app and reopening until one of them finally works.
