General UX is horrible. Can never find the correct drawings / documents when searching. The search function is literally a vase - for aesthetic purposes only because it obviously doesn't do its job.

My experience starting from the login page was extremely disappointing. Compared to other similar apps, this one feels outdated and operates incredibly slowly.

Don't be fooled, only Oracle /SAP improvement is the FRONT PAGE. Recipient editor and signatures and fonts are broken. I'm sure they paid 'good money' for Aconex but any Primavera integration is lost in accessibility issues.

Terrible 'app', this. The 'Field' module is not enabled on it and many emails sent to the support team with screenshots is not enough. They need 'screen recordings'. ACONEX is unusable on an Android phone through web browser but this app is not functioning correctly so use in a mobile capacity should be carefully considered by businesses that use this company's software.

This app is broken. For a company the size of Oracle not to fix basic bugs (like having to clear the cache / data every time just to be able to log back in) seems like it's possibly abandoned. Aconex desktop is about the worst project collaboration site to begin with and this just makes it even more frustrating. Unfortunately forced into using it.

Logged first few Issues ok, then app failed to sync next 25 complaining there is no internet connection (not true, every other app/browser works). Tried rebooting phone, no luck. Only way to recover my work and all day site inspection notes is to retype via desktop. Aconex charges a fortune, who do I send my bill to?

So unreliable. Claims to improve productivity, but the amount of time wasted closing and restarting app after the constant freeze/crash issues does the exact opposite. I dont know why builders keep insisting we use this garbage. Get more useful information from the drawings on the site toilet walls. Side note - Will be stearing clear from a few blokes on site after learning what they get up to in their spare time.
