First, the app had a tip feature, which automatically added a tip. It was very hard to even notice that it was there. You really had to be paying attention, which is just sneaky. To me It's like being asked to tip at a McDonald's drive through. Tipping culture is getting out of hand. I guess not enough people were tipping so now there is a $1 service fee to do mobile order which is insane considering mobile ordering usually makes things easier for employees. Taking this off my phone.

The app is easy to use. Can order the day before and then pick up without much hassle. I say that because even after leaving a number for them to call, as it asks, they switched out two donuts without a call. Unfortunately what they switched out for was not what anyone wanted. And what was left out was what was wanted. Might have been better if they just switched for good old fashioned blaze donuts but instead they were iced with coconut. Again, nobody wanted that. The staff was very friendly.

I grew up on Shipley Do-Nuts. I like that ya'll have started a points system. I kinda felt it was a little difficult getting started, because, you register through the QR square, then you have to download the app, at first I didnt know that, but i know that now.I would also like to request a "Missed transaction " button. For when we forget to scan or forget our phone. Thank you so much for the many years of memories and Great donuts.

I noticed that not all items that are in the stores are listed on the app. Which defeats the purpose of in-app orders. I went ahead and placed the order, went to the store to pick it up, and had to order the extra item while I was there anyway. 😒 Also, don't forget to "check-in" when you get there. Have them scan your app to get points. 😔 Still my favorite donut place. Just won't use the app until this is fixed.

Location on the App is horrible but works well on the website. The location portion of the app is useless unless you live in Texas or the surrounding areas. The closest store is literally less than 10 minutes away. However, when trying to select a favorite store the closest to me is 183 miles away, I'm in Colorado so that is definitely not going to work. Lastly the app offers a 2 donut reward but the website doesn't. I agree with the other reviews that this application is totally useless.

There is a service fee for using the app. So not only are you overpaying, those reward points you earn are an illusion unless you buy bulk orders. But my bigger issue is the QR code in the app that's used for rewards. Te employees don't know how to scan it or don't have the ability to easily scan it if you pickup via the drive thru. I had one instance where an employee took my phone out of sight for several minutes and it was unnerving. Not worth the security risk to claim rewards.

Installed, surrendered my personal information, but app couldn't find the store less than 2 miles from my house. I confirmed my Location permission was turned on, but the app shows the closest location as 180 miles away in Oklahoma? The store has been open for months so newness isn't the problem. If the app only works with some locations, disclose that before collecting personal information. Worthless to me.

It's annoying to have to search for a store by zip code and not by city or something. The app should save what store I am ordering from if I remove items from my cart. It was hard to figure out what the purpose of the reward points are used for, I had to go to the website to find the information. Overall not a user friendly app.
