Pick your poison, I guess. Either use a web browser and be able to highlight numbers and bolded text (which the mobile app can't do), or use the mobile app and have easy access on the go. Do NOT, for any reason, try to go back and forth between both. Highlighting something in the mobile app will cause the internet client to freak out and highlight everything in the entire section, delete your existing highlights, and sometimes make text on the page unreadable. I would not recommend it.

I am unable to view about 20% of my class's required textbook in the mobile app as any pages with video content display only a blank screen. I understand bugs happen, but what makes this deserving of one star is that I requested help with this issue over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.

Glad that textbooks are available digitally. Unfortunate that the narration and navigation of these things are still but mediocre. This is one of the better publishers of the higher ed bunch, since I've also used Cengage (worst) and MBS Direct (also bad). They all charge way too much for these books to not function properly 🙄🙄

I use it everyday. Very useful towards accepting a friendly host of options for studying college courses/AP especially the AI features as they help with self guiding yourself if you don't quite understand certain subjects. The notes is also really handy for any issues with retaining information and help you remember difficult sections. You can look up any book and get additional bonuses with the packages. Definitely worth your money 👌.

I primarily use this app for the AI generated audibook. The player is clunky and barely functional. It won't keep your place in the book or progress through the book... it just reads the chapter repeatedly. It will not connect properly as media to my car and requires my phone in my hand to be adjusted.

It is very frustrating that it continuously asks me for access to my photos and videos. It won't allow me to access audio book functions or search functions I less I give it access to at least some of my personal media files, which doesn't make any sense.

Suboptimal on tablet. Text marking only works about 30% of the time. Increasingly crashes while in use. Does not resume at last page read. I am an experienced digital reader, and have been frustrated with this product on tablet. Better on laptop.

Was told that the horrible update was temporary, only for the app to be updated AGAIN and still have the same horrible feature. It took away the flash card study feature that was more like a practice test. Now you just see a question and hit reveal and state how well you knew the answer. That's a horrible way to study. I want to feel tested and ready for exams, and this new setting isn't doing that. I hate I spent money on the exam prep feature, but don't worry,I won't be spending another dollar
