The Food, amazing! lovely desserts menu with a good range of sweet treats to suit everyone. The App? horrendous, no signal when in store, so ordering to a table via the QR code is pointless, the guest WiFi doesn't work... had to stand outside to get enough signal to place my order. 2* as the experience for ordering wasn't up to standard.

why did I have to jump through hoops to download an app with barely any Internet access in the shop as I unable to order from the table or at the counter. the app is poorly designed and not very intuitive, with the lack of WiFi again made process 10 times slower than a manual order. I am so glad technology has speed things up....

absolutely dreadful design and payment portal. no Google or apple pay, PayPal, only card and their payment merchant is abysmal. If I could rate it 0 I would. Jesus wept when it took 15 minutes to order 2 crêpes...

The order process is far too long winded and actually quite stressful with how long everything takes to load. Orders should be 4 steps maximum with guest checkout options.

Amazing waffles. Only went in for ice cream, but the delicious smell tempted me to order the waffles. Massive portions and plentiful toppings.

made me jump through hoops to externally generate a password then didn't warn up front before ordering about only accepting certain card types, then finally rejected the definitely valid card first attempt at paying. definitely soured the supposedly easier method of ordering and paying and the entire dining experience.
