Pizza was good. Ordering and picking up horrible. While ordering, order was too large so transferred to someone else, had to repeat everything. Arrived about 15 minutes early. Was told our order must have been at another location. Went to the other location, no order and they did not know their own phone number. Went back to first store when my wife noticed our pizzas on out shelf. Tried to get my $5 club join discount, was told it took, did not get it. Not going back

Peter Piper Pizza never disappoints! The online app is super easy to use and makes ordering a breeze. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of toppings to choose from. Plus, the games and atmosphere make it a perfect spot for a fun family night out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great pizza and a good time!

Love the rewards options. The biggest problem with this app is that there is no other way to enter receipts for rewards. There should be a way to take a picture because some of the recipts I have been given do not have a barcode or can not be scanned. The employees try to reprint the receipt to if a code comes out and nothing. Fix that problem, and the app will be perfect. Ex. I just spent $$$ on a birthday party and could not get any of the points.

The app allows you to order & customize & pay for a pizza. The ugly part is that the app offers options to reorder a saved favorite or a recent pizza order BUT the app changes the order to pepperoni regardless of what you are trying to get. You have no choice but to go through the whole order process from the beginning each time you want to purchase, unless you only want pepperoni. The web ordering site was recently closed so the phone is all that remains.

It's my friends birthday today, we wanted to order several pizzas and desserts for his party but the app refuses to work. The rewards also can't work since the app doesn't. Massively disappointed. Can't even order from them because the screen goes blank and getting faulty errors. Pathetic app design. UPDATE: App is fixed. Works great. Rewards points are amazing and generous. Thanks PPP!

Trying to order some salads with our pizza and it won't let me. Keeps saying to "pick a course" each time when I try to add to our cart. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app and also restarted my phone, and it still says the same thing. I give up!!

Was offered a $5 discount for downloading app to order online... They gave me a barcode to scan at the restaurant and they " don't have scanners" they said barecode only valid at El Paso corporate such and such....so why offer it...doesn't the app get your location so that they know your location state. Why offer something if you can't use it... Obviously it knows where I'm ordering at...scammers everywhere...just to get you to order and their sad excuse is ridiculous!!

set my order for 6pm. Got there at 6:03, and was told my order was not ready yet. I ordered my pizzas well done, because I wanted them with crispy crust. So I waited for 10 minutes. It turns out my order was ready the entire time. So I left with my barely warm non-crispy pizzas I paid $40 bucks for. It a shame poor service has become normal.
