The PrePass app gives drivers the option to bypass weigh stations using a mobile device. PrePass is the most reliable, widely utilized weigh station bypass system in North America. With PrePass, pre-cleared vehicles can continue at highway speeds without having to stop. I can't log in with my account I have already set up. When I try to verify my email, it just sends me a "your password has been updated" message but not the verification code it was supposed to send. When I use the browser, it just refreshes and doesn't allow me to sign in. When I initially set up my account with my company, I enrolled in auto pay, and for some reason auto pay never seems to work. Work I have to manually pay it every single month. This thing needs work.

My experience is 0, so my satisfaction is...0. I can't get it to recognize my truck. Pre pass customer support can't. Tech help can't. Kinda useless if nobody can make it work.

Not user friendly at all, mobile version is worthless, over half the time most states have it turned off waste of money

This app needs to be added to the Canadian Playstore and iPhone store. I had to use a VPN and create a US play account to download and use this app.

Prepass is the least user-friendly company there is. It is a pain to use. I loathe having to deal with this organization. Miserable
