Like others here I noticed my Bell Fibe app recordings and scheduled recordings all disappeared. Called Bell tech support and they said it might be due to the upgrade they made at the beginning of June. He said there's nothing they can do to retrieve my programs and apologized. Said the new update only allows you to watch what you record on the device you record it on. Can't schedule a recording on your smartphone and watch it on your smart TV. Don't know if that's true or not.

Casting on the app is absolutely brutal.......if you want to fast forward you end up having to stop casting to the device. Then I have to fast forward on my phone, then start casting again. Plus.... connection time for casting has become a huge issue over the last year. Bell needs to update the app, it used to be amazing and now it's a joke and likely going to make me move to Cogeco.

It won't cast on my TV!!! I don't want to watch TV shows on my phone, tablet or computer or screen on screen!! This is the most idiotic upgrade ever. I went to access my Crave account like I had in the past through the satellite app and was very upset I couldn't access it. I downloaded the app and nothing would work. I live in the country and have limit choice to services or companies that will provide services n speeds i need. Now this! I am so done with Bell. Local TV stations have disappear

I could not install the app on my two Samsung TVs. The support desk indicated to install the app through Google Play. I could not access Google Play anymore on my TV. Samsung support desk said that Samsung does not support google play or the BellFibeTVapp. Very frustrated as the support service from both Bell and Samsung were not helpful. Having a service I pay for that cannot be accessed.

The Bell Fibe app no longer works for my Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet or my Google Pixel 7 phone. Never had this problem before on these devices. Since Tuesday, June 3/2025. When I go to my app, (Bell Fibe) and check my recent recordings or scheduled recordings, it says "No recordings or no scheduled recordings. I have scheduled recordings on my TV, but nothing on my Fibe App. At 1 time, I had to choose what receiver to program from. Now I don't see that option. Not sure how to pair my 9400?

Not sure if it was due to the update and intended, but the app no longer syncs with my bell satellite. settings of the app no longer has my receiver, it has been completely removed. If this was intended, this is horrible service and idea.

Same as others, I've lost access to the stuff on my pvr.. what's the point of this app anymore if I don't have connectivity anymore ? Bell intentionally made the change as of June 1 2025 without any warning... I dont see myself staying a customer much longer already canceling most of my other services due to crazy quick prices increases and worsening customer service.

I used to be able to watch things recorded on my PVR but now it says I have zero recordings (there are tons of things on my PVR). I've restarted my device and I've reinstalled the app. Edit: after emailing, none of the fixes suggested worked. is this just bell trying to get me to change my pvr in order to use my app?
