So many issues that need resolving. Logging-in frequently causes the app to loop through different loading pages but never fully loads, app frequently fails to sync requests in both directions, app frequently requires hard restarts or even reinstallation just to do basic tasks. Corporate pays for this app, but its barely better than a series of Google forms plus an excel spreadsheet of open requests and a database of closed requests. Make this app functional, some of our jobs depend on it

Constant issues complete trash app. Constanlly logging me out, error messages and not syncing properly. Prevents me from doing my job properly. Also the constant logouts are very annoying. I shouldn't be logged out over 10 times a day

Constantly shuts down EVERYTIME I try to use it. Most incompetent app and system I've ever had to use. Cannot wait to switch to Entrata! Mobile Facilities, Real Page, and OneSite are junk!

Terrible experience. Crashes all the time or doesn't load. Everytime an update comes through it messes the app up completely. I no longer receive notifications

Complete trash. The worst possible experience dealing with the app and the "customer service." Read the other reviews, I'm not lying. It's funny that literally every single review on here is calling this company and their app garbage. I don't think they care at this point or they would get their act together. With this many people complaining, that should signal a change is needed. This app and company are legit worthless

App keeps saying it has a bug. Can't get work orders done. Been using 2 phones trying to submit and complete work orders

Always have to uninstall and reinstall all the time to get any device to sync. Always makes an extra work order or doesn't even make work order. Times are never recorded accurately and most definitely you Always have to manually enter time. To many bugs to keep writing this app definitely needs a reboot

Constantly logging you out and crashing, I wish you were able to type why your canceling a work order than with the options they give you. With working with this app for 2-3 years I give it a solid 1 star.
