Wonderful retro styled game with a simple concept but diverse game play. You have to survive on top of a pillar in the sky by killing or knocking out enemies. The gameplay is varied, the enemies are diverse and despite how frustrating the higher levels get you simply don't feel like letting go. My one complaint is how hard it is to pick up enemy drops. No matter how many times you cross it, the character doesn't pick it up

Not only is this game VERY pay-to-win, but it also actively punishes those who don't pay. After 50, the levels are designed to be increasingly difficult, frustrating, and downright unfair until you give in. At the same time, all the fun, stronger abilities are locked behind a pay wall, and the abilities you can access require so much power to buy and upgrade. So, you have 2 choices. Grind for hours on the same frustrating levels or fork up your money to actually have fun. Scummy. No thank you.

I love the game been playing it for years and still haven't gotten bored of it. I think the game is definitely worth a play and most sertianly worth a good rating. The only thing I do not enjoy is the inability to buy hero's with power and the sort of useless upgrades, like there is no point leveling up speed at level 95.

This game is pretty casual, but hard enough to always have your attention. The soundtrack is pretty good for a mobile game, which really makes it stand out more. Variety of enemy types, powers and spells means there's diverse ways to approach the game, and even if you've beaten it before, it never hurts to come back. Heavily recommend buying the ultimate power for the magnet ability, tough it isn't necessary.

Unbelievably great, nostalgic, balanced, and cool story Shouts out for the devs ✌ and those lines (when you level-up or die..) are pretty nice I only wish for better control (the joystick gets stuck sometimes and I lose because of it) Other than the joystick: this one of the best simple games I've seen in a while.. (though I'm a really picky gamer 😅)

The longer I've played this game, the more I like it. The graphics are done very well and the levels get more and more challenging the farther you go. I view the purchaseable Ultimate as an average and necessary monetization scheme, but I'm not a fan of the ads you get if you don't purchase it. The developer clearly put a lot of work into this game, and it shows.

It's a good little hack and slash, and a hell of a lot of fun. Two issues, though. One, the DLC is waaaay too expensive. I mean, £8 for one character? Second issue, I get that the game needs to be difficult. But having a giant enemy that moves as fast as you, blocks damage from the front, can hit you halfway across the pillar, has a health bar as big as some bosses, oh, and there are two of them bringing a load of soldiers and wizards, that's a bit of a micky take

Apart from the fact that 6/18 of the abilities require payment, and only 1/5 of the unlockable characters can be acquired without a credit card, the game is surprisingly well made. Controls are pretty smooth and very easy to get the hang of, while the enemies and bosses provide just enough difficulty to be challenging, but not unfair opponents. Had me coming back to it time and time again. Definitely worth the download.
