Just started using this app for the past few weeks. Works great. Really nice across the platforms synching between phone and desktop. Lots of nice features. Wanted to upgrade but the yearly renewal a little expensive. Only need the widgets but there are no different pricing models.

' let alone move the sub-taskI've found this app more and more useful every time I use it. The learning curve has been a little slower than I hoped for but it's now become an effective part of my daily routine. The only suggestion I'd make is Please please please enable a function to take a sub-task out of one task and move it into another. Currently I have to re-write the sub-task into the task list where I want it to go. I can't even do a simple 'duplicate'.

I love the layout. It seems really like my emails and I can easily organize all my schedules and tasks. The possibility to create my own tags is amazing. I finally found an app that can really help to organize and remember my tasks, events and everything I want. I'm using it about 1 month and I have only positive experience untill now.

Seems awful for ADHD daily tasks. I've got all my regular stuff in it, like "shower" "walk dog" etc, and as soon as I have a busy couple days where I'm not on my daily routine, I start getting all these overdue tasks, and there's no way to mass delete them, so here I am 2500 overdue tasks and counting, first thing I see whenever I open this app I downloaded to get more organized so I'd be less stressed out. Very clunky interface, not user friendly or intuitive. Just lots and lots of steps.

Still the best app on my phone! Updating my review from 10y ago. Works flawlessly. The app, the web application and the widget are easy to use and well laid out. Love it! Great value for what they charge for this service. The only app I know of that's going against the grain of adding useless bloatware (talking to you, PayPal!). All new features of the past 10y have been for the better, making the app better, easier, more productive. Thank you for staying true to your mission!

Really great app for productivity and writing things down if needed to if something pops into your head but I have one suggestion.. You should be able to sort your lists based on the START DATE because there isn't an option available for that. Overall the app is awesome and I really recommend it to anyone who's into self improvement

I love this app! It is really easy to use and versitile. When I had a problem Andrew was right on it with me working it out until the issue was resolved. Turned out there was a better way to do the thing I was trying to do. So no issues withe app itself at all. It works beautifully!! I just dont know what I would do without it. I am a very very happy customer!! Update 2020:. Robust. Versatile. Tight. Cute. Fun. 2023, still using, still happy.

This is exactly what I was looking for! The system I previously had set up in a spreadsheet, with the ability to group tasks (by list), tag (ie everything I want to do at the computer), prioritise, and set due/start dates (or none!). And loving the flexibility for easy viewing by any list/tag/search. Haven't tried yet, but looking forward to syncing with my calendar. Bought the pro version almost straight away.
