This is the worst application I've ever used for two reasons. First, it doesn't work. Like many others I'm stuck in an endless loop, unable to do anything. Clearing cache and reinstalling does nothing. Second, like others have said, there is no reason to disable router functionality and driving people to this garbage application. This is an app in search of a problem to solve. If you're not going to let me use out of the box router functionality, can you at least make sure that your app works???

App doesn't open properly, carries you to a web page loading; just for a long in. The wait call for help for customer service is faster than this app. Haven't been able to do anything on my end; including the app opening. Yes, it's up to date. You are 2 of the top providers in Canada. If you need to outsource your work to different countries or get some better software engineers, it is best for your business. Then you can lower how much Canadians are charged, plus we get our time back and $$.

I would give it zero stars if possible. This app is absolute flaming garbage. Zero functionality because you can't even sign in. The worst part is you need this app to setup your WiFi network! For everyone else struggling with this: use an ethernet cable to directly connect a computer to the router. You'll be able to at least name and set the password for the network that way and then wireless devices will be able to connect. Edit for Rogers: I know all that, it doesn't work... Fix the app

The app is garbage, misses all the basic router settings and has a lot of issues. There is absolutely no reason for the app to be completely unusable while the gateway is in bridge mode, especially if you need it to access your home security. The app will keep sending you camera and security notification, but prevents you from viewing anything by locking you out of the the app. Please fix this

Frustrating, your app doesn't work. I just reinstalled and the same issue, it trys to load a web page over and over. The ironic thing is the internet isn't working well and I need to reset and the app to reset isn't working. So multiple customer experience issues back to back. For the amount of $ being charges the experience and functionality is horrible.

Simply does not work. Within two minutes of scrolling through reviews, every single one confirmed the exact same thing. I can't login to my account because the app resets, and goes back to my browser app back to the same login page. This is an endless loop. Moderators keep repeating the same thing (reset app cache, reach out to this URL to provide feedback). THE FEEDBACK IS RIGHT HERE GUYS, WAKE UP AND FIX THE APP if you insist that your customers use it to configure their home internet modem!

It doesn't work. Frequently it's stuck in an endless loop of trying to login via opening and closing their login portal. Update: If you have logged in any other device or in the same device via browser in the past and forgot to log out, then your session probably is still active. Logout from there and it will start working. Not sure if this is there feature or a bug to have only 1 active session. Even with 1 active session there are so many better ways to handle it.

I have never been able to use this app, it's stuck in a loop trying to log in. It just constantly opens and closes the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it made no difference. It's bad enough the internet from Rogers is so garbage but now they can't even make a basic app. I'm going to start looking at other internet options this is ridiculous
