Won't open at all, crashes every time. I was excited to receive my girth sleeve but right now it's totally useless. I have a Google Pixel 3 and Android 10, everything has been updated and restarted with no improvement. Very frustrating.

Good product, but it needs an edit button. There are times I can't add notes into the ride data right after the ride. I would really like to be able to go back and add that info in after the fact.

Crashes all the time, loses data, was told update would solve, but can't even look through training that it did save without it crashing. Sort it out seaver, seriously damaging your product. Does that even work?

Best app ever. It helps me keeping an eye on my horse while riding it thanks to the different features of the product. It is a like a fit bit for your horse. By the way I would like to thank the customer service for their help!

Only issue is it won't update pictures in the app, and seems to be a bit laggy, please fix in next update the app has tons of potential. Also would love to see the gps map during riding.

the app has greatly improved since the first launch much easier to use and better info. cant wait for the GPS features to roll in so we can track our trail rides on a map!

Downloaded. Can't even register. Error message indicates server problems. I can't even close the app without restarting my phone. Uninstalling this junk.

Unable to use it since the last Android update... it won't take readings or engage/shut down properly. I tried Uninstaller but now it won't re install
