Makes my work experience worse. Nothing is better than being over scheduled and having to wait 20 minutes for every appointment to clear cache, clear data, disconnect wifi, close app, open it again, reset all progress, and start over. High school projects are more competent than this app.

Despite our compatibility issues on the new Pixel 8 Pro, Justin at Service Bench Support was exceptional in his communication. We hope the development team works on getting compatibility issues resolved. Currently the app seems to mostly support Samsung and Apple. Thank you for the explanation and answering all our questions!

App crashes a couple of times a day, logs out when Internet drops out then won't log back in unless phone is restarted and recently freezes if typing too fast. Not ideal when your trying to get through a lot of jobs and are losing time because of the app.

Needs work, 1. unable to load pictures from gallery can only do it live, the developer says this to avoid uploading your own pics? But you'd check at the end right? 2. You enter job details and take a before photo , then obviously do the job but while doing the job it would log u out or lose your job details so you have to type it all again. 3. Enroute button takes to sat nav doesn't give you an option. As with other apps most field engineers do the job then type the details this is more complex

Updated 12/28. App is stuck on camera and doesnt take image. Cannot progress past this stage of the order due to the poor decision to not allow image uploads. The app is causing orders to not get closed, and people not getting paid. Unacceptable. Short sighted decisions like not allowing uploads because I might upload the wrong image or a personal image is a good intention but preventing someone from getting paid for their work is where that paved road leads to. Unacceptable.

Little buggy but works better than the previous version. It would be nice to be able to search customer info by the CRM#. If it bugs out on you, you have to uninstall the app even after force closing the app and rebooting device, if you uninstall the app beware you will lose all the completed job status.

I have a Google pixel 6 pro and I'm unable to contact customers on the app as the handset is not supported. It's been like this for months and I've emailed the feedback email detailing the issue and still no fix.
