So they updated their app and I've had horrible experience navigating through it and finally I gave up and order from a local food delivery app. I mean seriously, I don't get to see half the things I am looking for, everything is so compartmentalized that I can hardly reach or see things I would also like to see. Most pages fall through error. Please bring back the old navigation or bye for me.

Food is good but the app is very bad. edit dishes option is there after placing an order, but it doesnt work so you end up cancelling orders. Similarly there is option to cancel subscription, but of you click to cancel it doesnt get cancelled in Android so i have to email customer service everytime. if they fix the app the experience will be much better

Slow and crashed on first use. Not a good first impression 😕 Update: This is worse than i thought. Crashed 3 times before i could even place an order. I dont think they want my money 😕 2nd update: 5 more crashes. Cant place an order. Bad app ui design. Uninstalling now. I give up. (This is only for the app. Website is good and easy to use)

Was working fine until the latest update took out the google pay option. What is wrong with you folks?

The app is ok but I want to know more about where the order is coming from. No one should be driving an hour to deliver food. Also, discounts advertised for performing actions like ordering within a certain time should just be applied without a promo code, or it should be auto filled. I didn't even see the promo code and wouldn't know where to find it once I dismissed the message. Customer service wouldn't acknowledge this as a problem.

This is a cool concept but they have issues they need to work out. Out of nine orders, I got the food for another customer instead of mine twice. This is concerning because the bag comes with the full name and address of the customer. Their support system is also terrible, the only way to contact someone about an issue is to send an email.

I like the food. They are at-home chefs that cook very well and love hearing from customers. However, the app is very glitchy and navigations is hard. I wanted to review some of the shefs but sometimes it wouldnt let me. Concept is great but wish the app was better

love the service. delicious food at great value with diversity of chefs. feature request: for ordering food, recommend the dishes I liked through the app so it's easier to track which dishes I liked/disliked (difficult to remember) available for a delivery date. this will also entice people to review dishes too.
