Please note: what you can see and do within the SimplePractice Client Portal app may vary, and is limited to the specific features your practitioner has enabled for your profile.

I could only see half my thera5pists face during 3 out of the four sessions I've had so far. I brought it up and her camera is perfectly centered. Seeing my therapist's facial expressions is important for connection. My app is up-to-date. Must be a bug. Otherwise functionality seems fine. Video quality is great.

I love the app once I can get to it but even though it is installed and shows up in my Google Play "manage apps" I don't have an icon that shows up anywhere else. This means I have to find a link in my emails or go through Google Play to even get to the app. Because of the massive inconvenience of that I am giving it 1 star.

The app overall so far is great. I love that I can make an appointment with my provider on the spot without having to call into an office. The only thing that we have found difficult is that once you are in a video call, you cannot exit to open any other applications on your phone while the call is being made, as the sound cuts out completely and you have to restart the call.

1st, couldn't even open the app. Got a message that there is a bug, and to try updating the app once the developer provides a fix. Tried a few days later. Was able to enter my email, just to get the message "The SimplePractice client app is not yet available on Android. Please open the link on your iPhone." I don't own an iPhone.

I found this app to be simple and easy enough to navigate my way though smoothly. I was hesitant at 1st, because I am "old school" and am not fully computer literrate. This site made me relax ; to allow me to let my guard down and continue reading everything presented and follow the promps , so that I could proceed with confidence.

Was working before but now I keep getting an error message for when I open the app, I tried restarting my phone, closing and opening the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and even switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data and still won't work

App was working just fine but recently stopped. When it opens I get an error message "something went wrong. Please try again later." There's no support option in the app. Can't access any appointment information...

The audio won't sync with Bluetooth devices most, if not all of the time, and when it occasionally does, it gets hung up on the car even if I close it altogether and try to rejoin the appt. Also, it doesn't send notifications to you when you get a message, and it doesn't notify my practitioner in any way if I upload files for them.
