It never allows me to order online and says that my delivery location is not in coverage. Everytime, I need to order using website or by calling them. They also charge taxes later which is not included in the menu prices. They should include the tax in the price. It used to be a very good restaurant and their app used to be very good. But now, its completely much below the expectations. I also redeemed my loyalty points but the restaurant refused to give me discount. Totally a scam!

Great food, but prices keep going higher, and there is too much tax payments. Also the working and OTPs on the app keep getting more and more complicated.

Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended.

I tried logging in with my details but never recieved any code. Now, again i tried opening app, but sadly, app isn't working. There is this msg that app is not connected with internet. Although my internet is working fine. Neither the app is working nor the website of hot n spicy. Kindly fix the bug and i ll give 5 stars.

I processed my payment 3 times and got an error that showed, payment could not be processed. When I took a look at my Account and Received 3 simultaneous messages within the next 2 min, I found out that my payment has been processed thrice from my bank account and no order has been placed. I called the support and they gave my a blunt cut off by using the same overused statement, 'You will receive your payment within the next 21 working days' which is an absolute lie considering their Record.

It's a very easy app to use. Loyalty points add to your wallet so that you can use them to get some discounts on your next order. You can pay via card easily without any issue.

Worst App, Worst Services, Worst Food, We pay via Debit Card, they never verify payment, never send order and never return money, even we visit their branch, talk to manager, talk to their headoffice but never get a single penny back, lame excuses they give, Always serve cold and rotten food, never buy from them again, also their prices are so so high and increasing every week Not recommended at all.

The restaurant's service quality has been consistently disappointing due to frequent occurrences of missing items in the orders. This has caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction as what we have paid for. I hope that the restaurant management takes the feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve their service and food quality and address the recurring issue of missing items
