Very frustrating - browser extension doesn't prompt for data save consistently, password URLs can't be easily changed, functionality is quite different across mobile device, browser extension and online portal, passwords can't be exported, deleting passwords is a line by line exercise and can't be done in bulk, no clear way to terminate the account, password import is problematic, support for problems is non existent, all in all pretty poor experience. Now using bitwarden.

This is definitely not a finished product and is full of bugs. I've used the mobile app, web login and chrome browser extension. On the mobile app, the app will randomly crash. In the browser, I wasn't able to get the password import to work after trying for an hour. Either the lastpass file was unable to be read, the file was too big or an unexpected error occurred. With the browser extension, saaspass only saved logins as I used them about 10% of the time. Hope they keep developing.

I've been using the app for a while and also the SSO feature for my computers. On my newer Mac (2019) the SSO worked of and on the whole time. It was good at first and after a few days I had to force restart my computer since it wouldn't unlock. After being fed up with countless issues logging in, I used the removal app that is said to be used on Mac to remove the app. After removal the computer was restart. Now it won't log in. It acts like the app is still in control. No way to access computer

Just what the doctor ordered. After the demise of Myki, I searched high and low for an app that could replace its two main functions - 2FA and password. Yes, they say it's a bad practice to lump them both together in one app, but darn if it isn't more convenient this way. I'm surprised SaasPaas has only a 3.7 rating since it works quite well, but i can imagine why - it's not sexy, plain even, and it comes with thousands of sites people don't really need and which they can't remove.

Inconvenient. Need psw manager for PC, forced to install on phone first. Very limited features. Forced to use 2FA sign in every time on PC. Can import psw lists but not export. Made for commercial use and it shows. The user experience is horrid.

Everything is fantastic but recovery through sms is seriously bad idea better give some more options like email, because I have to press resend the recovery code for 20 times I have lick then I received or else I have to try after 2 or 3 hours later and again I have to press 20 times resend the recovery code so sms gate for my country is seriously very lame. Yes I know it free but still recovery experience is miserable kindly do something about it

I've checked out a lot of password managers and I have to say this is one that I feel most secure with everything's controlled from my mobile device I use it to log into my computer and I also use it to log into the web portal I'm able to clone my account onto another device if I need to and recovery is excellent.

Unable to be configured - main reason a freaky "check your mobile device about time/zone".... After 15min trying to uninstall it, cleaning used storage space - but it's impossible! Useless app, as it can't be set up. Norton Password Manager works fine!!! Thanks for your useless software, as I remember about Norton, while waisting my time trying to set it up! Good luck, guys!
