Video cannot be downloaded in full HD. While watching a video, if you want to watch another video, the video gets stuck and you have to log in and play the video again to watch the next video. Video resolution appears very low when watching downloaded videos offline. It doesn't look right. This application needs to be improved. There are lots of minor issues.

i will not recommended to buy class to this platform. If you needed any help definitely you contact their support, right? but their support is to much cheapest quality. some days before i am face a problem, that is every subject every class is not playing, my mid term is knocking the door. i need to support right now, when i am text their to know details what's the matter, then they are not properly response my text, reply has come too late like 1 day later, even Their behaviour is totally rude.

Softmax Online School has some problems, which are as follows: 1. **Teacher Panel**: Although teachers deserve respect, some teachers' teaching skills are not satisfactory. They often repeat the same words over and over again (the problem of mudra dosha), which makes students bored and fails to hold their attention. Their support system is very poor . And their app doesn't work. Video does not play. Takes long time to load. Softmax is very bad. Never tell diploma students to learn from here.

I like this platform because it is the first diploma course. But it has some major problems. Like I can't join any class. Or download any class.

You can do better. Please remove that auto OTP code stuff . As a result I can't even use this app on another device where I don't have the same SIM card. Please let us type the OTP ourselves just like before
