I have never seen a worse update in my life. The over lay looks like from the early 2000s and the app no longer has the options I actually used (like taking me to bill pay) or has made it so unintuitive that I cannot locate them. Now the only option is a service request once you log in making it effectively useless. What happened?!

What is the point in this app? I'm disappointed in it because when I open an app for my bills or what not, I should be able to pay it on the app or view whatever I click on in the app. It should not pop open my web browser instead. I might as well stick to just doing my business on the website, not the app.

The best part about this app is that it tells you how long it should take for the problem to be solved, and then you can track the progress. We needed this a long time ago
