good app but passwords are lost. The purchase app is sold to many different companies which each have a different password but the phones are recording the same provider so you only get one password that can be remembered and have to reset all the other ones all the time. it doesn't even tell you which ones you need to reset until you try ordering from a different restaurant and it says your password doesn't work. A smarter app lender to all the restaurants would be very handy to get 5 stars

The app is great, I was able to collect points easily and made me want to come back often. However I recently logged into my and all my points were missing, so that's unfortunate.

thanks for taking it upon yourself to add 15% to my bill to do your job that you get an hourly wage to do and then you want to charge me an eco fee for a freaking bag that I don't even want Not to mention it cost nowhere near $0.25 to make a freaking paper bag

App is missing some key functionality. It doesn't have a way to set a default home store, and when you start looking for a location to order from it defaults to Vancouver. The Contact Us button leads to a broken link. For some reason I haven't received any points for purchases since I created my account, but I suspect that's more an issue from the store side. However, the build-an-order system seems to work well enough!

The app will update your order before you place it and change your options to default. It's been 2 different orders where I place something, before I checkout I make sure it's all right and something is different (say a box instead of bowl as ive chosen) so I go back and change it again and when I place it it turns out it changed my noodles to the default instead of the ones I chose the first time around. It works to place the order and that's the only reason it gets 2 stars, the bare minimum.

EDIT June 4th 2021 It looks like the bug that was preventing me from ordering before was fixed! The UI is still sorta awkward to use but order was placed. --- Checkout doesn't work - won't let me enter a credit card and there is another field called "fulfilment options" that seems to also want a card (but also doesn't work)? I'm not sure how "Spoonity" manages to get restaurants to use them with apps with such poor UX. I used a similar app for The Alley and it was also very difficult to use. :(

It never works. So many times I've eaten elsewhere that has a well functioning app because Noodlebox's app didn't store my payment method, or didn't process the order. Whoever is responsible for coding this app is costing Noodlebox a lot of money.

This app is terrible! Zero stars should be an option. Tells me to sign up, and then when I try to sign up it tells me I have an account. When I "forget password" it then tells me to use a valid email address. Super frustrating!! Stuck in a loop. I would also like to add that telling your customers to download the app because you "don't take orders over the phone" is a fantastic way to loose returning patrons!!
