The latest version of the app always seems to freeze or produce an error message when you are trying to change between different Square communities. The profile tab just doesn't load

Good - but depends on the survey host! I have been using it for quite some time now to take part in activities for one particular brand who always pay well for completion and am therefore happy with my own participation. However, the app itself is essentially a tool so individual experiences (particularly around payouts etc.) will depend entirely on the specific organisation that is hosting the surveys/activities you are participating in. This is likely to account for the variable reviews.

I completed the surveys with detailed answers nd haven't been paid. I've contacted support twice now regarding payment and nothing. So far it's been a bad experience. I suggest signing up with Valued Opinions, I've been doing surveys with them for years.

The app locks up on every screen. I can log in but then it's just blank screens on any menu. I can't access any of the activity, menu, profile, or even help options.

you get the rewards in your account after the activities and asked to claim via PayPal but when you try to claim you get instant email saying the Reward is cancelled.But still reflecting in your account asking to claim. When reach the support you get a response after a month,where you almost forget something related happend, asking for the status and without even confirming you get another email saying The ticket is closed.Great enquiry and support.Wasting people's time.Don't Download- Do useful

The app is definitely good...i just found it's add somewhere and signed up..later got the mail of some tasks and they paid me for the same...so now i think tht it was worth signing up😚👍

Nice app. With In 25 days of joining I got 2 rewards. First reward was credited in 3 days and 2 reward in just 8.30 hours. (But paypal will credit this in our bank with this n 24 hours. )
