It is mostly easy to use. Some parts could be clearer in terms of basics of turning central heating on or off. The app seems to turn the central heating on at random times suddenly moving the heating off standby mode. And when you place it on "Hold" it doesn't actually do anything till you move the temperature dial a bit.

The UX is awful, so unnecessarily difficult to manage profiles and update things. settings also seem to revert randomly, especially holiday mode, which cost us quite a bit of money when we went away for 5 weeks in the colder months and some rooms kept demanding heat randomly when in holiday mode. had to give up and set them all to standby instead. disgraceful given the cost of the system. moving all config to home assistant when I get the time.

Very frustrating app, sort of works ok and I am still getting my head around it. App seems very glitchy, I have set my location and I dragged and dropped it into my auto login location but it rarely stays and I have to try to drag it back everytime I log in. I also have one stat that seems to be borderline on signal and keeps defaulting to 21⁰c rather than the 16⁰c the stat is set to. Then there is the advanced data, each time I try to access it it tells me to set it up which I keep doing..

Too many issues with this app. To name a few: 1. Profiles don't work properly, no matter how many times you change in app, seems like they don't get saved in app & device. 2. The sync between app and device has a long lag/delay. 3. I activated biometric login, didn't work, asked to enter my login details, then stated wrong password! Everything was entered correct! 4. Many more to list but those are the main issues. DEVELOPER SEEMS TO RESPOND TO 5* RATINGS BUT NO ONE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!

Pretty bad. Never asked for this thing but it was there when we bought the house. The system itself is interesting in theory but the result looks a erage, and the app certainly does not help. After a couple of starts, it simply won't go beyond the opening page. I have to uninstall and install it again over and over. Given that it has to be manually connected to a 'hub', you can only do this if you are at home. Obviously, not at all the idea. Anyway, I cannot recommend it.

Had the app for a 4 year and works very well, paid for itself many times over as it is much easier to adjust the heating and hot water, works well with Google assistant for turning heat on and off. The history info gives a lot of detail on how the heating system is working in your house. So yes, this is a great upgrade to my existing Heatmiser system (along with The NeoAir hub and controllers).

app shows consistent lag refreshing UI after setting hold or standby, sometimes you need to set multiple times standby/hold before command it's really actioned. Interface is clumsy and typical of non native apps, solid state mediocrity. Let's not talk about the thermostats which are ridiculously inaccurate and not fit for the purpose.

Once you get used to the terminology used, it has pretty much all of the features you'd want and expect. There's also an annoying "delay" only really a pain when testing to wait for an override to kick in eg you want hot water to kick in, it can take a couple of minutes from setting on app, to getting to hub, to changing at the switch (the app says on the switch says not) It would be very useful to able to control other "alexa" devices to keep things in one app, but I haven't spotted that !
