Do not use this service. I'm convinced this is a scam. I signed up 2 weeks ago for lawn services. I've had 3 scheduled appointments and the contractor didn't show up every time. They keep rescheduling / not showing up. I called their customer service line after the 2nd no-show and they haven't been successful in getting a contractor to show up. Awful everything

Here is how it works: they send you jobs that are underpriced, make you upload 10-15 photos before service, then action shots while your mowing - not easy to do if you are by yourself, upload 10-15 more pics after service only to nitpick the hell out of everything. Then you have to return to the property to trim the 1 blade of grass the edger missed, or the one 6" stick the was lying on the driveway in the pic and upload more photos. Total waste of time, sticking with my own accounts

Horrible. The first job I have been given is an extremely overgrown lot without access to the back yard, no gate at all. I quadruple cut the overgrowth I could and made it look presentable. They won't pay me. They want a full property cleanup for pennies. I do great work. There is nobody to talk to. Avoid this company.

I been contacting with them for years .. I'm very happy with the jobs . Plenty of work . But the auto thing it's horrible even tho I keep my jobs on point idk why we can't keep them on our schedule like we used too .. more horrible when it rains and takes them off from my schedule . Just fix those bugs and it's good company to work with . I be making serious money if you ask me

WOW! What an upgrade everything's amazing I have no complaints only thing I've noticed which isn't a big deal is there is no reschedule button like on the old app something pretty simple to add hopefully it's added in a future update thanks for improving my experience with task easy love the new look of the app.

Whoever created this app did so with the intention of stealing your blood and sweat for money. This is a human rights issue. They refuse to pay u less you cover the entire property with photos. I would barely go take picture of a property for what they much, much less take 1000 pictures and upload them 12 times AND MOW THE GRASS??? HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE. WHERE ARE THE LAWS WHEN YOU NEED THEM???

I worked with task easy for 3 years I loved it. Ive been taking a break from work due to covid its been a year now and I plan on getting back with task easy soon hopefully it's still as good if not better than it was!

Worse company I have ever worked with. Was a contractor for 5 years. Customer service is horrible, and not able to talk to customers without using customers service. Customers service is not in the United States. After 5 years service never started back up this year, lost 20+ customers. I would suggest Lawnstarter for lawn service.
